In 2022, HiCareer assisted Konstrukt, a company specializing in planning solutions, in finding a multifaceted solution architect. This new hire was essential for Konstrukt as they transitioned into offering ready-made templates for smaller companies, aiming to provide a quick start and cost-effective alternative to traditional methods like Excel.

Since 2015, Konstrukt has been developing a product for planning. Over these years, Konstrukt has created various customized solutions for budgeting, forecasting, and other operational planning for a wide range of clients, from Polestar and Espresso House to Värmdö municipality, Cygate, and Prevas. These are great clients, but onboarding and configuration take a long time, making it difficult to manage and scale.
A New Phase for Konstrukt
Now, Konstrukt is entering the next phase, where they are developing ready-made templates in the product for various planning purposes integrated with business systems, currently PE Accounting and Fortnox. The idea is to reach smaller companies and offer them a quick start and a cost-effective alternative to the current situation, usually Excel.
In this journey, Konstrukt realized they needed a solution architect who could fulfill a multifaceted role—handling internal responsibilities while also serving as an external representative working with clients. The founders of Konstrukt, Anders Bergek and Johan Larsson, recognized this challenge and decided to contact HiCareer, whom Johan had met through networks.

A Tough and Exciting Role to Fill
HiCareer’s market search yielded several suitable candidates, whom Johan Larsson and HiCareer interviewed and evaluated. A candidate was hired, and six months after the hiring, Larsson expressed his satisfaction with the outcome.
